Trust & safety

Clear expectations make a better conversation.

ChorusKite is building a more considered way for fans and public figures to meet. Here is what the current product can verify, what it cannot promise, and where to go when something needs a human response.

Identity verification is a signal
The verified status means ChorusKite has an identity-checking step for that creator. It helps distinguish an account from an impersonator, but it is not a guarantee that every interaction is risk-free or that a creator is endorsed by a third party.
Respect makes the room work
Bring questions, curiosity, and boundaries. Do not harass, threaten, pressure, or request private information. A scheduled call is access to a conversation, not access to someone’s personal life.
Consent comes before recording
Ask everyone involved before recording, clipping, transcribing, or sharing anything from a conversation. Public examples appear only when a creator has approved an episode for publication.
Payment and confirmation are separate steps
A booking request does not confirm a call. When a creator has a configured rate and hosted checkout is available, payment must be verified before the confirmation and room access are treated as complete.

If something feels wrong

Bring concerns to a person.

Reporting and blocking are currently handled through support rather than a self-serve control in the product. Tell us what happened, include the relevant creator or booking context, and we will review it with care.

Report a concern by email
A useful support note includes
Share only what is needed to help us understand the situation.
The creator name or booking reference, if you have it.
What happened and when, without forwarding private material unnecessarily.
Whether there is an immediate safety concern that needs urgent attention.

If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. ChorusKite support is not an emergency response service.
